Indie Author and Peekskill Resident Ted Kelsey’s debut novel for ages 8-80 “OLGA” was recipient of the 2016 Novel of the Year Award by the Underground Book Reviews. His second novel “Shasha and Wally Watson Vs. The Faker” received an AIA Seal of Excellence in Independent Fiction.
